$60,000 - $80,000 at plan earnings

• Engage with clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored life insurance solutions.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring trust and satisfaction.
• Conduct regular reviews of clients' insurance portfolios to ensure they meet evolving needs.
• Collaborate with team members to develop innovative strategies for client acquisition and retention.
• Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes to provide accurate advice.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
• Utilize company resources and tools to efficiently manage your sales pipeline and client interactions.

Qualifications:

• Experience in life insurance sales or a related field, demonstrating your ability to connect with clients and understand their needs.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, showcasing your drive and commitment to success.
• Ability to conduct thorough financial assessments, guiding clients to make informed decisions about their life insurance options.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build lasting relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Familiarity with industry trends and product innovations, ensuring you provide clients with the most current advice and solutions.
• Proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities, contributing to the growth of the client base and the team.
• Commitment to continuous learning and development, participating in training programs to enhance your sales skills and product knowledge.
