As a Registered Nurse in the Operating Room, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and success of surgical procedures. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans. Your ability to recognize and report changes in patient conditions will be essential in maintaining high standards of care.

• Assess patients to determine mental, physical, and spiritual needs
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
• Provide clear explanations and instructions to patients and their families
• Utilize clinical judgment to monitor and report changes in patient conditions
• Maintain complete and accurate medical records
• Participate in continuing education to enhance professional growth
• Current Illinois Registered Nurse license required
• Current CPR/BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Need 1 year experience in setting
