REGISTERED NURSE- HOME CARE

Overview Sentara Home Care Charlottesville is seeking a qualified individual to join our team as an RN. Position Details Full Time - Day Shift Location: Charlottesville, VA Pay Range: $33.60 - $55 per hour. $16,000 sign‑on bonus available for eligible candidates. Responsibilities Develop, implement, and evaluate plans of care for specific patient populations. Manage a patient case load through coordination and collaboration with multidisciplinary team members to facilitate integrated and comprehensive care. Possess clinical knowledge and skills to meet standards as required by specific clinical areas. Qualifications Associate’s Degree (required). Registered Nurse (RN) license, active in Virginia. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 90 days of hire. Experience Minimum of 1 year of clinical nursing experience (required). Previous home care experience (preferred).
