Project Manager

Baxter

Baxter seeks a Senior Project Specialist to manage site planning and implementation of surgical equipment and systems across healthcare facilities in the Southeast region. The remote role requires coordinating construction projects, overseeing equipment integration, and maintaining stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

Deliver construction projects on time, on budget, with high customer satisfaction
Coordinate site readiness meetings and third-party equipment integration activities
Maintain pre-installation documentation and communicate with contractors
Identify and resolve customer issues threatening project success
Report project status to customer and Baxter leadership regularly

Requirements

Bachelor's degree required
5+ years of relevant project management experience
Ability to travel overnight up to 75% throughout Southeast region
Live within 35 miles of an airport
Capital equipment project management experience preferred
Construction and medical equipment knowledge preferred
PMP, PMI, IPMA, or equivalent project management certification preferred

Compensation: $80,000-$110,000 base plus annual incentive bonus
