What You'll Do as a Welder:
Weld metal components using MIG, TIG, or Stick welding techniques
Read and follow blueprints or welding specifications
Inspect welds to ensure proper bead size and quality
Clean and prepare materials before and after welding
Repair damaged or worn metal parts as needed
Remove excess weld material, slag, and spatter
Follow all safety procedures while working with welding equipment
Skills and Experience:
Previous welding experience (MIG, TIG, or Stick preferred)
Ability to read blueprints and measure accurately
Strong attention to detail and quality
Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
Reliable, safety-focused, and team-oriented
