We've been recognized as a Best Place to Work and a Best of Bay winner because we invest in our employees, promote from within, and provide the tools, training, and support needed to build long-term careers.If you're an experienced residential electrical installer who takes pride in quality craftsmanship and wants year-round work with a company that values your expertise, we'd love to meet you.Pay & BenefitsWe believe experienced electricians deserve exceptional compensation and industry-leading benefits.$25–$35 per hour based on experiencePerformance bonus opportunitiesWeekly payGuaranteed year-round workLimited on-call schedule with excellent work-life balanceMedical, Dental & Vision InsuranceCompany-paid Life InsuranceCompany-paid Long-Term Disability Insurance401(k) with Company MatchPaid Time Off beginning your first dayPaid HolidaysPaid Parental LeaveCompany-provided take-home vehicle and fuel cardCompany-provided technologyOngoing technical and leadership trainingClear opportunities for career advancementThe OpportunityAs an Experienced Residential Electrical Installer, you'll install complete residential electrical systems for remodels, additions, and new construction projects while ensuring every installation meets Peaden's quality standards and all applicable electrical codes.You'll work independently and alongside a skilled team to deliver safe, reliable electrical systems while providing an outstanding customer experience from start to finish.What You'll DoInstall residential electrical systems, wiring, panels, breakers, outlets, switches, lighting, and fixtures.Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and construction plans.Install electrical service equipment according to NEC and local code requirements.Perform panel upgrades, service changes, and circuit installations.Install whole-home surge protection, generators, EV chargers, and other residential electrical upgrades.Ensure all work meets company quality standards and passes required inspections.Maintain an organized company vehicle, tools, and job site.Communicate professionally with homeowners, builders, inspectors, and team members.Accurately document completed work using company technology.Follow all company safety policies and procedures.What We're Looking For5+ years of residential electrical installation experience required.Strong knowledge of residential wiring methods and National Electrical Code (NEC).Experience with remodels, additions, service upgrades, and new residential installations.Ability to read blueprints and electrical diagrams.Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and customer service abilities.Ability to work independently while maintaining high-quality workmanship.Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.Electrical license or certification is a plus where applicable.Why Build Your Career at Peaden?At Peaden, we're committed to helping skilled trades professionals build lasting careers.Our electricians receive ongoing training, support from experienced leadership, and opportunities to advance into lead, field supervisor, and management roles.
