Senior Living Maintenance Technician

Vitality Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform preventative maintenance and diagnose/repair HVAC, electrical, and plumbing issues in a 55+ multifamily community. The role includes completing resident work orders, turnover tasks, and assisting with grounds care. The ideal candidate has HVAC, electrical, and plumbing experience in multifamily settings, with EPA or CPO certifications preferred.
