If you are looking for a collaborative space where clinical excellence meets a supportive, low-stress environment...come join the team!Key Responsibilities:Evaluate and assess patients' physical condition, medical history, and treatment goals.Develop treatment plans based on patient needs, including exercises, stretches, and other therapeutic techniques.Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.Provide education to patients and their families about exercises, injury prevention, and self-care techniques.Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists, to coordinate patient care.Stay current with advances in physical therapy treatments and techniques.Requirements:State licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Oregon.3+ years experience in either sports ortho (post-op, knee, ACL, shoulder and confident with or willing to learn spine) OR pelvic floor.Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Graduate of an accredited school of Physical Therapy with DPT degree in physical therapy.
