Project Engineer - Land Development

We are seeking a skilled Project Engineer specialized in Land Development to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing various phases of land development projects, from initial planning and design through to execution and completion. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, civil engineers, and environmental consultants, to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with all regulations. Your expertise will be crucial in coordinating site assessments, facilitating zoning approvals, and overseeing the preparation of construction documents.


The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of land use regulations and have hands-on experience with site development practices. You will be expected to conduct feasibility studies, prepare cost estimates, and create project schedules. Strong communication skills are essential, as you will be liaising with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory agencies throughout the project lifecycle. Additionally, you will monitor project progress and implement any necessary changes to ensure alignment with project goals. A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, along with relevant certifications, is preferred. Experience with AutoCAD and project management software is also advantageous.
