Job Description Maternal-Fetal Medicine opening in Seattle, WA Full-time, PermanentA highly collaborative, high-acuity medical team in the Seattle, Washington area is seeking a full-time Maternal-Fetal Medicine Specialist to join an advanced maternal-fetal care program. The Maternal-Fetal Medicine Specialist will provide comprehensive care for high-risk pregnancies across both inpatient and outpatient settings. Key Responsibilities Provide full-spectrum maternal-fetal medicine care in both inpatient and outpatient settings Evaluate, diagnose, and manage complex maternal and fetal conditions using advanced prenatal diagnostics, including ultrasound and genetic testing Perform a wide range of MFM procedures and deliver specialized reproductive and perinatal care services Manage a diverse, high-acuity patient population within a high-volume delivery center (7,500 annual deliveries) Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary care team including OB hospitalists, nocturnists, neonatologists, pediatric specialists, and advanced practice providers Participate in consultative outreach services to regional locations across the Pacific Northwest and southern Alaska Provide postpartum care in coordination with advanced practice providers Participate in home call coverage with strong 24/7 hospital-based support Work in a state-of-the-art facility featuring a large Level III/IV NICU and PICU Teach and mentor OB/GYN residents through hands-on clinical training Engage in clinical research, including sponsored trials and academic collaborations Maintain evidence-based practice standards, quality improvement initiatives, and patient safety efforts* Utilize or expand expertise in fetal echocardiography and chorionic villus sampling (CVS), as applicable Compensation & Benefits Compensation Competitive base salary: $525,000 – $600,000 (based on experience) Eligibility for discretionary bonus pool participation Health & Insurance Medical, dental, and vision coverage Prescription drug coverage Telehealth and second-opinion services Short-term and long-term disability insurance Life insurance (including dependent coverage) Accidental death and dismemberment coverage Additional Benefits Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Generous parental leave Paid sick leave (70 hours / 8 days annually) Continuing medical education support Care coordination and support services Retirement Benefits 401(k) with profit-sharing * Employee stock purchase program Requirements Board Certified or Board Eligible in Maternal-Fetal Medicine (required) Eligible for Washington State medical licensure (or willingness to obtain) Clean malpractice and licensing history preferred NPDB Self-Query Report (dated within 30 days)* DEA registration required prior to start (no exceptions)aa415a4b-8b21-40fc-a65c-70d2b25ca29a
