May maintain data records and create KPI's (Key Performance Indicators).Schedule2:00 pm - 10:30 pm - Monday through Friday (Evening Shift)QualificationsEducation* High School Diploma preferred* Appropriate licenses/training/certifications as needed requiredExperience* Forklift, Reach Truck experience required* SAP applications* Warehouse, Inventory Management Systems and Inventory Control Systems analytics and methodsKnowledge, Abilities and Skills* Lean Methodology knowledge preferred* Ability to lift 50 pounds without restrictions required* Ability to understand instructions* Ability to clearly communicate verbally, writing and reading in English* Ability to apply experience to complete assignments and to facilitate the work activities of others* Ability to interact professionally with management teamAvailability* Be available to work extended hours including weekends and holidaysAt BD, we prioritize on-site collaboration because we believe it fosters creativity, innovation, and effective problem-solving, which are essential in the fast-paced healthcare industry.
