About the Position

Key Responsibilities

• Scrub and circulate surgical procedures across a broad range of specialties including Trauma, Transplant, Ortho, Neuro, ENT, GU-GYN, and Robotics
• Deliver high-quality perioperative nursing care within a Level I Trauma Center and Magnet-designated operating room environment
• Utilize EPIC for clinical documentation and patient charting
• Float within scope to meet facility needs across like units or sister facilities as required
• Participate in emergency response team assignments during hurricane season (June through November), as required by facility policy
• Work at least one designated holiday period (Christmas or New Year's) as required

• Active South Carolina RN license or Multi-State/Compact RN license (SC license in hand preferred; candidates with pending SC license may be considered with proof of application)
• BLS certification required
• Radiation Badge required (provided by agency)
• Experience in a Level I Trauma environment required
• Must live at least 60 miles from the facility to be eligible; local candidates may be considered on a case-by-case basis

• Minimum 2 years of OR RN experience strongly preferred
• Scrub experience strongly preferred
• Familiarity with a high-volume, multi-specialty surgical environment

• Work within a dynamic, nurse-driven Magnet-designated OR featuring 21 surgical suites and cutting-edge technology across all major surgical specialties
• Gain experience at a Level I Trauma Center and teaching facility with a collaborative team of Registered Nurses and Certified Surgical Technologists
