ToolmakerPhillips Medisize is a leading global outsource provider of design and manufacturing services to the drug delivery, consumable diagnostics, medical device, and specialty commercial markets.Responsibilities:Assembly and disassembly of all components required in mold manufacturing processSet up and operate tool room equipment, including manual and/or CNCProvide the necessary information to assist subcontracting servicesProvide support to other mold makers, apprentices, and engineersBuild, repair and revise secondary toolingTroubleshoot and assemble manifold systemKeep tools / tooling area well-maintained to ensure proper working and safe conditionMinor maintenance performance on machines in the tool roomRequirements:Knowledge of part and component drawingsExperience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and OutlookCompleted Apprenticeship program in relatable fieldAt least (5) or more years at a journeyman levelAt Koch, employees are empowered to do what they do best to make life better.
