Who we are looking for: Someone with great customer service. Ability to promote positive public/employee relations. Someone that can maintain excellent communication skills with guests, vendors, and employees, with the goal of ensuring a positive guest experience.

What is expected of you: In this role, you'll oversee the issuance of Players Cards, actively promoting our program while ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies using the Synkros system. You'll play a key part in executing casino promotions, staying updated on events and property information. Precise data entry will maintain the integrity of our database, while you uphold security protocols to protect the company, employees, and guests. Compliance with gaming regulations and internal policies is essential, and you may also be assigned other duties as required to support our operations.
Experience you will need: High school diploma or GED required. Prior customer service experience necessary. Bilingual skills are a definite plus. Excellent verbal communication skills required. Role involves discussing promotions with customers. Proficiency in multitasking. Ability to type and talk simultaneously while assisting customers. Strong computer skills essential.
Physical requirements: Ability to stand for 8+ hours. Capability to lift up to 50+ lbs. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Other physical demands include: Sitting, Bending, Lifting, Reaching, Pulling/pushing, Kneeling, Squatting, Grasping.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Able to obtain/maintain necessary licenses and/or certifications as required by local gaming regulations.
Benefits/Perks and Salary: Educational Tuition Reimbursement, Ventra Program, EAP programs, etc. Salary Range: $17.10-$27.00.
