Base pay range $140,000.00/yr - $180,000.00/yr Senior Platform Engineer | AWS, Terraform, Datadog | Scale a High-Growth Healthtech Platform 5 days in San Clemente (CA) $140,000 - $180,000 + equity We’re looking for a Senior Platform Engineer to become the first hire dedicated to scaling our infrastructure and platform capabilities. This is a chance to own observability, security, and cloud operations at a fast-growing Healthtech SaaS that’s transforming how providers manage their revenue cycle. As the first platform engineer, you’ll have real ownership: building the foundations of infrastructure, compliance, and developer productivity that the business will rely on as it scales. What you’ll do: Lead observability: own Datadog, ensuring systems are monitored, alerting, and self-healing. AWS + Terraform: build and maintain secure, scalable infrastructure Establish HIPAA + SOC 2 compliance foundations Design CI/CD pipelines to accelerate safe deployments Create dev/staging environments and data infra for product & analytics teams What we’re looking for: Hands-on experience owning observability systems (Datadog preferred) AWS & Terraform expertise Track record building CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tooling Familiarity with compliance frameworks (HIPAA, SOC 2) Experience building 0-1: you will be the first platform hire.
