Small Press Operator

Location : Spring Valley, IL

Pay : $15-$16/hr

Job Overview:

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Press Machine Operator for a growing warehouse in Spring Valley, IL. This position involves operating a press machine in a machine shop environment to produce air filter components. Candidates should be comfortable performing repetitive tasks, standing for extended periods, and maintaining production standards in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate a press machine to produce air filter components.
• Load materials into the machine and remove finished parts after each cycle.
• Inspect parts for quality and consistency.
• Palletize finished products for shipment or further processing.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all company safety and production procedures.
• Meet daily production and quality expectations.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Ability to perform repetitive work & stand for extended periods of time throughout the shift
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Manufacturing or machine operation experience is a plus but not required.

*Please note: Steel-toe boots required
