Job Title Retail Merchandise Coordinator Location Columbus, OH Contract Length 6 month contract until end of December 2026 - possible extension and/or conversion to full-time Schedule Hybrid schedule - 3 days in office (T,W,TH) and 2 days remote (M.F) Pay Rate $22.00 - 22.86 per hour on W2 Employer Russell Tobin & Associates is currently seeking a Retail Merchandise Coordinator to work for one of our well‑recognized retail companies. Prior experience working in the corporate offices of a retail, consumer goods company is desired. Qualifications 1-2 years of store operations experience with a retail chain in beauty, fashion, consumer products, etc. Experience working with merchandise, inventory management, etc. Individual contributor position responsible for ensuring accurate and timely execution of operational projects. Looking for someone who can handle data‑driven projects within store operations. Assists with developing new processes and communicating them with all levels of field management. Someone with a customer focus and the ability to collaborate with many levels and functions both internal and external. Serves as operations expert on international franchise teams. Multi‑tasker, pace, excellent organization, written and verbal communication, negotiation and decision‑making skills. A bachelor's degree in fashion, merchandising, retail, or a related field, or equivalent experience, is preferred. Employment Status Must be authorized to work in the United States. Why Join?
