We are seeking a dedicated Internal Medicine - Advanced Heart Failure and Transplant Cardiology physician for a locum tenens opportunity in Washington State, near Garfield, WA . This long-term assignment offers the chance to work in a dynamic inpatient and outpatient setting while delivering expert care to patients with advanced heart failure.

• Start Date: Immediate, ongoing assignment.
• Schedule:
  • One week per month (7 days inpatient).
  • Shifts run from Tuesday 7 a.m. to the following Tuesday 7 a.m.
  • Night call included, with likely call-backs to the facility.
• Patients Per Shift: 513.
• Practice Setting: Combination of inpatient and outpatient care.
• Certifications Required:
  • Board Certification in Internal Medicine with Advanced Heart Failure and Transplant Cardiology specialization.
  • ACLS and BLS certifications.
• Preferred Qualifications:
  • Fellowship in Advanced Heart Failure and Transplant Cardiology.
  • Demonstrated expertise in heart failure management.

• The facility is fully equipped with Epic EMR for seamless documentation.
• Temporary privileges are available for qualified candidates to expedite the onboarding process.
• Hospital is certified for stroke care.

• Collaborative environment with a multidisciplinary team:
  • 12 RNs , 3 MAs , 3 PAs/NPs , and 7 office staff to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• No supervision of advanced practice providers or residents required.

• Must hold a valid Washington State license .
• Travel and lodging are covered by the vendor.
• Credentialing is streamlined with an estimated 30-day timeframe.
