Location 2203 Mariner Square Loop, Alameda, CA What You’ll Do Welcome and assist families in person at the front desk Help customers coordinate lesson schedules, enrollments, and account updates Answer questions and resolve issues with a friendly, solutions-focused approach Manage front desk operations and keep daily workflows running smoothly Communicate clearly with families and team members throughout the day Maintain an organized, professional, and welcoming environment What We’re Looking For 18+ and high school diploma (or equivalent) 1+ year of customer service or similar experience Strong interpersonal and communication skills Friendly, professional, and confident in face-to-face interactions Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks Comfortable using systems (CRM, scheduling tools, etc.) Why This Role Stands Out This is not a back-office customer service role—you’ll be at the center of the customer experience.
