Substitute Bus DriverQualifications: Possess or be able to obtain an Oregon CDL class B license and School Bus Certificate. Possess or be able to obtain a First Aid card along with a Bus Driver's Certification. Pass a DOT physical, check of driving and criminal records by ODE, random drug and alcohol testing. Attend eight (8) hours of class annually. Flexible, dependable, even tempered and positive attitude.Major Job Responsibilities: Transport students safely to and from school. Perform thorough pre-trip inspection and report any malfunctions. Gain knowledge of ODOT laws pertaining to school bus and written policy. Be punctual and communicate professionally with supervisor, staff, and students.Salary: Determined per OSEA and Jewell School District Collective Bargaining Agreement.
