About the Position

# Job Opportunity – ICU Registered Nurse – Texas**Start Date:** December 9, 2025 **Location:** Dallas, Texas **Compensation:** Details provided to qualified applicants **Schedule:** Rotating day and night shifts available; rotating weekends required; 2:1 patient ratio**Highlights:** - Work in a specialized 10-bed Oncology Intensive Care Unit caring for critically ill patients- Manage advanced critical care equipment including ventilators, CRRT, arterial lines, BiPap, and Flow-track systems- Utilize Meditech EMR system for comprehensive patient documentation- Collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams in a compassionate care environment- Opportunity to float to other ICUs, Progressive Care Units, and Bone Marrow Transplant units for professional growth- Report times at 06:45 for day shift and 18:45 for night shift**Requirements:** - Active Texas RN license or compact state license with ability to practice in Texas- Current ACLS and BLS certifications required- Strong ICU experience with demonstrated competency in titrating drips and managing ventilated patients- Experience caring for BiPap patients- CRRT experience preferred- Transplant experience (kidney, pancreas, liver) is a plus**Why It's a Great Opportunity:** This role offers the chance to provide total patient care in a specialized oncology critical care setting where your expertise directly impacts patient outcomes.
