Cross Country Allied is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a travel job in Arbor Vitae, Wisconsin. This role involves providing specialized home health services to geriatric patients within the Oneida and Vilas County regions. The position requires flexibility with territory coverage, timely documentation, and communication. Job Details Position: Occupational Therapist (OT) Home Health. Coverage territory mainly in Rhinelander and Arbor Vitae, focusing on Oneida and Vilas County areas. Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week. Required Qualifications: BLS certification, active license in hand, 1 year of relevant experience, recent completion of ?6 visits daily with a minimum of 30 points weekly for productivity, proficiency in HCHB (Homecare Homebase), experience with OASIS for SOC (Start of Care) in home health, and familiarity with acute care, activities of daily living, and soft tissue injuries. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in community hospital or LTAC settings. Additional Information: Responsibility includes timely documentation, flexible territory coverage, and adherence to on-call requirements if applicable. Travel Pairs accepted, with each traveler assigned to their own territory and required to have personal transportation. Travel modules are billable and completed during orientation. A proactive approach to communication and documentation is mandatory. Submission Requirements: Active drivers license required with submission, RTO requests must be submitted at the time of application, and all travelers should be prepared for Monday orientation.
