Core Guide: Lived-Experience Peer Wellness Advocate

Firsthand is seeking Peer Recovery Specialists, also known as Core Guides, to support individuals living with serious mental illness (SMI) in Detroit, Michigan. The Core Guide will conduct community outreach, assist with health needs, and build trust while advocating for recovery goals. Applicants should have lived experience with SMI or substance use disorders, a valid state driver's license, and basic technology proficiency.
