Amber Water Pros Customer Service Representative Location: Tully, NY | Full-time, in person | Day shift Pay: $19.50 - $23.00 per hour, based on experience Help customers get the water system service they need If you enjoy helping people, keeping schedules on track, and solving problems as they come up, you can make a difference here. You'll join an established and expanding company with year-round work, daytime hours, training, and room to grow. Amber Water Pros has served New York customers since 1968. We provide well drilling, pump, water treatment, and related water system services. About the role As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for all incoming customer calls. You'll work from our main office in Tully alongside technicians, managers, and other departments to coordinate service appointments and keep everyone informed. This is a varied service operations role, with more to it than answering calls. Key responsibilities Answer customer calls with patience and professionalism. Gather customer and job details and enter them accurately into company systems. Schedule service appointments and help coordinate projects. Share scheduling and project updates with customers. Keep technicians and department managers informed about customer needs. Help prioritize requests and route information to the right person. Follow up with customers when needed. Assist with invoices, records, paperwork, and other office tasks. Qualifications What you'll need: Clear, friendly communication and confident phone skills. Strong organization, attention to detail, and comfort managing changing priorities. Basic Microsoft Office, typing, and data entry skills. Ability to multitask. Ability to work in person at the Tully office. Helpful, but not required: Customer service experience; experience from any industry is welcome. Experience in plumbing, HVAC, home services, or construction. A high school diploma or GED. Pay and benefits Full-time, W-2, year-round work with a daytime schedule.
