• Enclosed Cargo Trailers
• Car Haulers and more

Experience selling mowers, tractors, attachments, trailers, or outdoor equipment is a plus — but we are willing to train the right person with the right attitude and commitment.

Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Experience

• Greet customers promptly and professionally
• Help customers find the right equipment or trailer for their needs
• Build strong customer relationships and create repeat business
• Follow up on leads and referrals
• Communicate product features, specifications, financing options, warranties, and dealership services
• Negotiate and close sales in a professional and ethical manner
• Complete all sales documentation accurately and efficiently

Product Knowledge

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of inventory, accessories, attachments, financing options, and promotions
• Understand equipment applications, towing needs, and customer usage requirements
• Educate customers on operation, maintenance, and product benefits

Team & Marketing Support

• Assist with taking photos and videos of inventory for online marketing and social media
• Support merchandising and dealership presentation
• Assist with miscellaneous office and dealership responsibilities as needed

Compensation

Unlimited earning potential with hourly pay plus commission.

Top performers have the opportunity to earn $40,000–$120,000+ annually based on performance, motivation, and customer service.
