Senior Software Engineer (IT Consulting | US only)

**Position Overview**
We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to lead development efforts and interface directly with our clients. You will serve as a technical anchor, translating complex business requirements into robust, scalable applications while guiding client stakeholders through the technical roadmap.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Architect and develop high-quality, scalable, and maintainable software solutions.
* Lead client-facing meetings to gather requirements and present technical roadmaps.
* Consult with external stakeholders to align technical architecture with business goals.
* Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and technical guidance.
* Drive best practices in CI/CD, testing, and system design across projects.
**Required Qualifications**
* 7+ years of professional software engineering experience.
* Prior IT consulting experience working across diverse client environments.
* Strong client-facing skills with a proven ability to communicate technical ideas to non-technical audiences.
* B.S. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a closely related technical field.
* U.S. Citizenship or Green Card holder (required due to specific project mandates).
**Preferred Skills**
* Full-stack proficiency in modern languages (e.g., Java, Python, Go, TypeScript, or .NET).
* Cloud architecture experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
* Agile methodology leadership experience (Scrum/Kanban).
