We are looking for several passionate, highly motivated sales team members to join our growing company based in Marshfield, MA for sales of fencing, business development and a drive to exceed expectations. They would be responsible for completing company scheduled appointments as well as adding to their book of business by calling on Landscape Architects, Architects and Builders as well in their designated territory. The perfect candidate possesses enthusiasm, excellent communications skills, a results-oriented personality and the ability to sell value. Our goal is to have highly satisfied customers who eagerly recommend and refer others to our company due to their positive experience. The ideal Outside Sales candidate will excel at building trust with customers through a sales process that focuses on needs analysis, proper product recommendations, and thorough communication throughout the sales cycle.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

Salary plus uncapped commissions and bonus structure Prior in-home sales is beneficial but not required Experience working as a commission-based salesperson with prior earnings in excess of $100,000 Experience canvassing, relationship building, working trade shows, prospecting and networking Demonstrated track record in closing company generated and self-generated leads Positive outlook and pride in accomplishments. Overachiever and a “can-do” attitude with a history of working with high performance sales teams Excellent communication, exceptional presentation and customer service skills Ability to work and positively communicate in a team environment with members of other departments, office peers and customers Must have a valid driver’s license
