Pride Health is hiring a Certified Medical Assistant for our client in the medical facility. This is a temporary assignment opportunity and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization!

Schedule: 8.00am to 5pm

Location: Cypress, TX

Job Type: Contract

Contract Length: 4 months (possibility of extension)
Pay Range: $22/hr- $23.40/hr
*Pay offered is based on experience, expertise, credentialing, and education.   

 

Description

·         Room patients and prepare them for provider examinations and procedures.

·         Obtain and accurately document vital signs, patient histories, medications, allergies, and chief complaints in the electronic medical record (EMR).

·         Administer immunizations and injections in accordance with physician orders and established clinical protocols.

 

Required Qualifications

·         High School Diploma or GED required.

·         Current Medical Assistant Certification
