Part-Time CustodianJoin Our Team!A local nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering individuals who are blind or visually impaired is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Part-Time Custodian to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming office environment at our Chester location.If you take pride in your work, enjoy keeping facilities well maintained, and appreciate being part of an organization that makes a meaningful difference in the community, we'd love to hear from you.ResponsibilitiesDuties include, but are not limited to:Dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floorsEmptying trash and maintaining the cleanliness of the facilityCleaning and sanitizing restroomsPerforming outdoor maintenance, including weed trimming and litter removalCoordinating with vendors for fire alarm testing and routine pest control servicesAbility to lift 50 poundsAssisting with general building maintenance and other custodial duties as assignedThis position includes both indoor and outdoor work and requires working in a variety of weather conditions.ScheduleMonday -Thursday7:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED requiredValid driver's license requiredReliable transportation requiredAbility to work independently and perform physical custodial tasksWhy Join Us?By joining our team, you'll play an important role in supporting an organization that provides valuable services to individuals who are blind or visually impaired.
