Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Saturday Day Shift

Location: Memphis, TN
Schedule: Part-Time Saturdays, 11:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.
Pay: $25.00 per hour

What You'll Do

• Monitor the health and well-being of individuals served.
• Administer medications and maintain accurate documentation.
• Provide physician-ordered treatments and personal care services.
• Complete nursing assessments and contribute to Individual Service Plans.
• Respond promptly to changes in an individual's condition.
• Train staff on medication administration, infection control, universal precautions, and other health-related topics.
• Coordinate care with families, physicians, healthcare providers, and outside agencies.
• Advocate for individuals to ensure they receive consistent, high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Current Tennessee LPN license
• Associate degree in nursing, related education, or state-approved nursing certificate
• At least one year of nursing experience working with a similar population preferred
• Current driver's license, vehicle registration, and auto insurance
• CPR/First Aid and other certifications as required by state regulations
• Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
