This position initially reports to the Senior Director of Treasury and will support our debt management, covenant compliance and lender reporting. A high level of ownership and curiosity will be required, as well as the capacity to develop and document scalable processes. You will partner closely with internal teams like Treasury Accounting, Fixed Assets, Legal and Corporate Development, and with our lenders, to facilitate the company's rapid growth. Candidates will also be required to have exceptional Excel and data manipulation skills.Work closely with the Fixed Assets team to prepare borrowing requests, supporting files and other deliverables for CoreWeave's delayed draw term loan facilitiesPrepare materials used for investor, management, and board-level presentations to support capital management decisionsPrepare monthly and quarterly fixed asset reports, compliance certificates and associated schedulesSupport interest rate hedging activities by analyzing and forecasting exposure, reconciling trades and settlements, and preparing hedge recommendations, memos and hedge designation documentationBe an integral part of the team handling debt fundraising initiatives, supporting deal structuring, due diligence, execution and fundingEnsure compliance with SOX controls for borrowings, debt disclosures and interest rate hedgingPrepare ad-hoc analyses for senior leadership on critical balance sheet and capital structure issuesWho You Are:2-3 years of progressive experience with a strong preference for those who have worked on large scale, cross-functional workstreams. Treasury or Corporate Finance experience is required. Investment banking, private equity, or similar experience is a plus.Advanced analytical and quantitative abilities.Highly articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation.
