About the Role As an Onsite Recruiter, you\'ll lead the full-cycle hiring process for assigned locations, partnering with managers to attract, hire, and onboard top talent. You\'ll play a key role in helping our branches grow by delivering an outstanding candidate experience and building strong talent pipelines. What You\'ll Do Source, screen, and interview candidates for hourly and salaried positions. Partner with hiring managers to fill open roles quickly and effectively. Coordinate interviews, job offers, and pre-employment activities. Manage recruiting activity in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Support onboarding and new hire orientation. Assist the HR team with employee questions, HR projects, and other department initiatives Attend job fairs and community recruiting events. Build relationships that create a steady pipeline of qualified candidates. What We\'re Looking For 2+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience. Strong communication and organizational skills. Experience with ATS and Microsoft Office. Ability to manage multiple openings in a fast-paced environment.
