Apartment Community Manager

Apartment Community Manager

Essential Staffing Solutions (ESS) is seeking an experienced Apartment Community Manager to oversee daily operations, resident satisfaction, leasing performance, and property maintenance at apartment communities. Responsibilities include:

Manage property operations, occupancy, and resident relations
Oversee leasing, renewals, rent collections, and delinquency management
Supervise office and maintenance teams
Coordinate vendors, contracts, and property maintenance
Address resident concerns and ensure exceptional customer service
Monitor budgets, financial reports, and property performance

Qualifications:

1–2+ years of Apartment Community Manager experience required
Experience with Yardi, OneSite, Entrata, or similar property management software
Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Ability to multitask, solve problems, and meet deadlines
Must be able to walk the property, climb stairs, and work a flexible schedule as needed
