What You'll Do Meet with homeowners on company-provided appointments to design the right whole home backup power solution for their home. Deliver professional in-home presentations that educate customers and build value. Prepare proposals, answer questions, and guide homeowners through the buying process. Close sales with professionalism, integrity, and a customer-first mindset. Partner with our operations team to deliver an exceptional customer experience from sale through installation. What We're Looking For We're looking for motivated professionals who are competitive, coachable, customer-focused, and driven to succeed. In-home sales experience is strongly preferred. Experience in home improvement, HVAC, solar, roofing, windows, electrical, or generator sales is a plus.However, we're willing to train the right candidate who has the drive, work ethic, and passion to build a successful sales career.
