Team Manager – Hamden, CT Panera Bread™ invites you to join our team as a Team Manager. This role involves leading staff, ensuring high quality service, and maintaining food safety standards. Key Responsibilities Ensure every guest enjoys high quality food, service, and staff. Build engaging relationships leading to loyal guests. Lead, manage, and develop team members through coaching and motivation to meet goals in sales, speed, order accuracy, and guest experience. Participate in interviewing and selection process. Train the team on food safety standards and ensure compliance. Help build a culture of warmth, belonging, growth, and trust. Qualifications Minimum age 18 years. 1+ years of restaurant management experience preferred. Proven ability to lead shifts while motivating and developing staff in a fast‑paced environment. ServSafe certification (or ability to achieve certification). Flexible hours including nights and weekends. Physical Demands Ability to lift 25 pounds. Capability to stand and walk for up to 6 hours. Clear communication in a loud environment. Compensation $20 – $24.50 per hour (dependent on experience and location). Eligible for quarterly bonuses.
