Hourly Pay Rate: $33-$34 Hourly (W-2), $37-$38 Hourly (1099). Job Duties Collaborate daily with OT Supervisor and follow established Plan of Care for all patients. Provide quality therapy services to individuals in a SNF setting, who require care related to TBI, CVA, Stroke, Parkinson’s, Multiple Sclerosis, Cancer, orthopedic surgery, and other debilitating diagnosis.
