Position Overview

As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in improving patients’ quality of life by evaluating, diagnosing, and treating a wide range of physical conditions. You will design personalized treatment plans, monitor patient progress, and contribute to maintaining the highest standards of clinical excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations through observation and assessment

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings

Deliver therapeutic interventions using physical and mechanical techniques as prescribed

Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary

Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant patient documentation

Collaborate with a team of therapists to enhance patient outcomes, engagement, and retention

Participate in quality assurance activities, including chart reviews

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy (required)

Master’s or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy (preferred)

Current or eligible for New York State Physical Therapy licensure

Prior clinical experience preferred, especially in outpatient settings

Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
