Fleet Technician! This is a field-based position requiring travel throughout Central Florida. We’re seeking an experienced mechanics skilled in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining diverse fleet—diesel/gas trucks, semi-trailers, semis, heavy equipment, and more. You’ll ensure vehicles and machinery operate safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs on engines, transmissions (manual/automatic), hydraulics, HVAC, electrical systems, and steering.
- Service and maintain trucks, trailers, excavators, cranes, forklifts, and farm machinery.
- Conduct PM services, alignments, DOT's and brake repairs.
- Document work accurately and communicate clearly with team and customers.
Qualifications
- 1-5 years of experience as an A-Level Technician in fleet or heavy equipment repair.
- Strong knowledge of diesel/gas systems, hydraulics, electrical, and HVAC.
- Ability to read schematics and perform precision diagnostics.
- Welding/fabrication skills and proficiency with power tools.
- CDL preferred but not required,forklift certification a plus
