Interventional Psychiatrist Spravato Clinics Description We are a private healthcare investment and management group launching two new Spravato clinics in Gurnee, Lake Forest or Arlington Heights, Illinois, scheduled to open in October. We are seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial psychiatrist to serve as the founding clinical provider and clinic partner. This is a unique opportunity for the right candidate to participate in a clinic ownership structure while maintaining a clinical practice. The primary clinician will conduct intake evaluations, establish TRD diagnoses, and prescribe Spravato. In addition to a competitive base salary, the selected Dr. will benefit from long‑term clinic growth and additional income potential. As the clinics mature and expand, the ownership component is expected to become increasingly valuable, particularly in years three and beyond. Our management company will be responsible for clinic operations, financing Spravato purchases, build‑out of clinics, marketing, patient acquisition, and business development, allowing the Dr. to focus on providing excellent patient care while benefiting from the growth of the practice. As patient volume increases, the Dr. will also have the opportunity to expand their medication management caseload. Position Highlights Founding provider for two new Spravato clinics Ownership opportunity with significant long‑term upside Strong base salary plus additional income potential Management company handles operations, marketing, and growth Initial schedule of approximately 32 hours per week (16 hours per clinic) Opportunity for increased hours and compensation as the practice expands Qualifications Minimum of three years of psychiatric clinical experience Prior medication management experience required Strong professional references Ability to successfully pass a background check Entrepreneurial mindset and interest in practice ownership Ownership Structure The selected Dr. will have the opportunity to participate in a legally structured ownership arrangement. An experienced healthcare attorney will prepare the Management Services Organization (MSO) agreement and all related documentation to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
