DescriptionSAIC has an immediate need for a Program Analyst - CH-47 Subject Matter Expert, to work on Redstone Arsenal, to interface with the customer on avionics requirements for the UH-60 airframe. Hybrid RemoteRESPONSIBILITIES AND ROLES:SAIC has an immediate need for a CH-47 Subject Matter Expert, to work on Redstone Arsenal, to interface with the customer on avionics requirements for the CH-47 airframe.The Candidate will interface with the Cargo Project Office on procurement activities daily. The Candidate will work with customer management to understand and implement these activities.Will work with customer management to understand and implement these activities.Oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management. Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports. Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients. Responsible for ensuring contract requirements and subcontractor responsibilities are being accomplished including working on the definition and implementation of project planning techniques to provide visibility on the contract. Responsibilities may include developing budgets and schedules to meet contractual/project requirements for an assigned portion of a program, participating in and establishing and defining program plan requirements, and monitoring and reporting performance against plans to ensure that contractual, cost and schedule objectives are met. LIAISON: Serves as prime consultant and external spokesperson for the organization on highly significant matters relating to policies, programs, capabilities, and long-range goals and objectives.QualificationsEducation and Experience: Bachelors and fifteen (15) years or more of related experience; Masters and thirteen (13) years or more of related experience. Aviation experience, Cargo customer interface experience.Standardization Pilot (SP) / Instrument Examiner (IE) / Aviation Safety Officer (ASO), leveraging 15+ years of experience in general aviation and project management skills to deliver excellent service and results to stakeholders. Skilled SP / IE in supervising personnel to manage aircrew training programs and implement Army training, evaluation, and compliance techniques in accordance with applicable Army regulations.Adept at directly and indirectly leading teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Optimizes operational and training systems, processes, and policies that support overall business’ missions.
