What You’ll Do  

• Receive, inspect, and verify deliveries by comparing purchase orders, invoices, and packing lists for accuracy. 

• Sign for deliveries, unload shipments from trucks, and ensure items are handled safely. 

• Process returns for incorrect, damaged, or unsatisfactory items and communicate issues promptly. 

• Organize, label, and store received items in designated warehouse or storage areas. 

• Update inventory systems with received goods and maintain accurate records of orders and deliveries. 

• Communicate with vendors regarding delivery delays, discrepancies, or product issues. 

• Follow warehouse safety regulations and operate equipment as needed. 

• Use basic math, data entry, and inventory software skills to support efficient operations. 

 

Qualifications  

• 1-2 years' experience in purchasing/receiving or procurement role 

• Bachelor's or Associate degree needed

• Proficiency with office software and spreadsheets 

• Excellent organizational and records management ability 

• Strong written and verbal communication skills 

• Sharp attention to detail and data accuracy
