You will own the content, graphics, video and website updates that keep our brand visible, along with the CRM systems that pass qualified leads from marketing to sales. You will also play a crucial role in optimizing the processes that drive efficiency across the entire customer journey funnel.This position is essential to our success in keeping pace with accelerating market demand and new opportunities. You will report directly to the Director of Marketing, who leads brand voice, content strategy, SEO, AEO, GEO, CRM and analytics, and you will collaborate with the sales team and outside freelancers to keep every channel on schedule and on standard.This Role IncludesMonday – Friday work weekRemote work or in office from Austin, TXWrite, edit and publish articles, social media posts, newsletters and client text campaigns in the RumbleUp brand voiceUphold consistent editorial standards and factual accuracy across every assetCreate standalone graphics, article graphics, one-pagers, infographics, carousels and display adsProduce and edit short-form video in Canva and Klap for social, web and campaign useUpdate and maintain website content through our CMSOptimize pages and content for SEO, AEO and GEO so RumbleUp surfaces in search engines and AI-generated answersConduct market and strategy research on industry trends, competitors and buyer behaviorTurn findings into recommendations that sharpen content plans and campaignsBuild and manage HubSpot workflows, sequences and properties that move qualified leads from marketing to salesMaintain accurate, current contact data so sales always works from clean informationCoordinate freelancers on scope, deadlines and qualityEvaluate, implement and document new marketing tools and processesOrganize and track work in Asana to keep projects on time and visibleOwn ad hoc projects, from team happy hours to our annual client gift box sendKey CompetenciesTaste: you can't teach taste easily - it's earned from reps and from consuming over time, not by promptingMarketing fundamentals: understanding people, psychology, copywriting, the art of persuasion.
