Software Implementation Consultant

Working remotely, the full-time Software Implementation Consultant will successfully implement and provide ongoing consulting for customers utilizing B2B eCommerce software, focusing on comprehensive documentation, customer sessions, and project management. Key responsibilities Serve as the primary representative for new customers during the implementation of the EvolutionX solution Monitor implementation status and maintain clear communication with customers and internal teams Lead customer sessions to identify business initiatives, conduct gap analysis, and define reporting requirements Required qualifications Minimum of 2 years' experience in a support or implementation role, preferably in B2B eCommerce or ERP Experience leading customer training sessions Understanding of common business practices in manufacturing, operations, and distribution Proficiency in advanced Excel skills Bachelor's degree in information systems or equivalent preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr ECi Software Solutions, Inc.
