Assembler IIAssemblers at this level perform intermediate to complex assembly tasks with limited supervision. They are proficient with multiple product lines, troubleshoot minor issues, and ensure production quality.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform complex mechanical/electrical assemblies with high accuracyRead and interpret detailed blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical documentationVerify parts and assemblies meet required tolerances and quality standardsTroubleshoot assembly issues and rework components when necessaryTrain and mentor Assembler I team membersMaintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with production proceduresSuggest process improvements to enhance safety, quality, and productivityRequired Skills & QualificationsDemonstrated proficiency with intermediate assembly techniquesStrong ability to interpret technical drawings and specificationsCompetence with measuring tools, torque tools, and specialized equipmentGood problem-solving skills and ability to work independentlySolid understanding of quality control principles
