Weatherization Technician

*General Responsibilities:*

* Work in 2-4 person teams to complete weatherization jobs daily, taking direction from crew chief
* Install insulation, foam board, and complete air sealing in attics, knee walls, and crawlspaces
* Remove siding, drill holes, and blow insulation into exterior walls, often times working on ladders
* Install ventilation on roofs
* Perform other duties as directed by the supervisor

* Maintain the highest level of professionalism at all times
* Excellent people skills and focus on superior customer service
* Must be able to work on ladders, roofs, confined spaces and heights up to 40'
* Must be on-time daily, prepared, and ready to work
* Timely completion and accuracy of all work
* Working closely and harmoniously with other employees and be a team player
* Performing and documenting complete operational checks for all equipment
* Adherence to safety and health regulations as required by OSHA, and all company policies
* Possession of a valid Driver's License (preferred, but not required)
* Successful completion of pre-employment background screen and drug test
* Ability to perform overtime and/or on call duties as required
* Effective written and verbal communication skills
* Arrive at our office daily by 6:30am to clean and load the truck for the day
* Experience in the Mass Save Program or other energy efficiency programs is a plus

Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
