Do you have professional delivery driver experience, a clean driving record, and a strong customer-first attitude? Cumberland International Trucks is seeking a dependable, personable Parts Delivery Driver to support our Nashville location.

This role is a vital link between our Parts Department and our customers. You'll ensure parts are delivered accurately, safely, and on time-while building strong relationships and supporting warehouse operations. We stock an extensive inventory of medium- and heavy-duty Class 7-8 truck parts , serving wholesale and retail customers throughout the region.
What You'll Do

As a Parts Delivery Driver, you'll support both customer service and warehouse operations.

Key responsibilities include:

• Greet customers professionally and build positive, long-term relationships
• Receive delivery orders throughout the day and prioritize routes efficiently
• Deliver and pick up parts accurately and on time, ensuring safe transport and handling
• Load and unload parts from the delivery vehicle as needed
• Maintain accountability for customer cores
• Obtain customer signatures and maintain accurate pick tickets and delivery documentation
• Operate and maintain the company delivery vehicle according to company policies
• Perform routine vehicle safety inspections and report concerns promptly
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle
• Assist with warehouse duties including receiving, stocking, packing, and shipping parts
• Assist in checking, verifying, and filling customer orders accurately
• Follow accident reporting procedures and communicate vehicle issues to the Stock Control Supervisor
• Complete additional warehouse or department tasks as assigned

This position reports to the Stock Control Supervisor.
What We're Looking For

• Professional delivery driving experience required
• Must be 21 years of age or older with a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
• Reliable, organized team player with attention to detail
• Self-motivated with solid written and verbal communication skills
• Warehouse experience (pulling, stocking, or shipping inventory) preferred
• Familiarity with Microsoft programs and applications preferred
