Location: Haxtun, CO

Contract Duration: 13 weeks contract with unlimited extension based on performance

Pay Rate: Up to $59.25/hr

Work Schedule: 36hrs/week

Shift: 8hrs; Day Shift from 7:00am - 6:00pm

MUST HAVE REQUIREMENTS

• Basic Life Support (BLS).
• CO license required
• Current license as an Occupational Therapist Registered in the State of Colorado

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelors or masters degree in occupational therapy from an American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA) or the Accreditation Council for Occupational Therapy Education (AOTE) certified school.
• Min 1 yrs OT experience required
