Brand Ambassador

The Brand Ambassador serves as a public representative of Midland Exteriors by attending community events, engaging homeowners, generating qualified leads, and supporting the company's marketing efforts. The primary objective of this role is to connect with homeowners and schedule appointments with Midland Project Estimators. This position combines event marketing, community outreach, customer engagement, lead generation, and brand promotion. Key responsibilities include: Represent Midland Exteriors at local events including home shows, county fairs, farmers markets, community festivals, chamber events, trade shows, and neighborhood gatherings. Set up, maintain, and operate Midland event displays and booths while engaging attendees in friendly, professional conversations. Educate homeowners about Midland's products and services, generate and qualify leads, and schedule appointments for Project Estimators. Conduct neighborhood outreach where Midland is actively completing projects and inform homeowners about services and current projects in their area. Generate qualified appointments and referrals and distribute marketing materials and promotional offers. Visit homeowners before, during, and after project completion and capture project photography and video content for marketing purposes. Request and collect customer reviews and testimonials and coordinate customer success stories and project highlights with the marketing team. Welcome and assist visitors at Midland showroom locations as needed and identify opportunities to schedule consultations. Act as a positive ambassador for Midland Exteriors while maintaining professional appearance and conduct. Build relationships with homeowners, community members, and event organizers and support special marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns. Qualifications: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Friendly, outgoing, and confident personality. Comfortable initiating conversations with strangers. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Ability to work evenings, weekends, and community events as needed. Ability to stand for extended periods at events and outdoor venues. Basic proficiency with smartphones, tablets, and CRM systems. Experience in event marketing, customer service, retail sales, brand promotion, canvassing, or lead generation preferred. Experience in home improvement, construction, remodeling, or related industries preferred. Social media or content creation experience preferred. Compensation:

• 15-$20 per hour, part-time, based on experience.
• 50 bonus for every lead that completes a Project Estimator appointment and receives a proposal.
