GenAI Product Operations Lead: Frontier Model Programs

Scale is seeking a Product Operations Manager to build and support the processes and platforms that run our frontier GenAI operations. You will translate complex requirements between technical teams and operators, earning trust to influence product direction.
You will own the ops-to-product connection, drive high-priority initiatives end to end, and partner with Product and Engineering to define success metrics and adoption across the organization.
