About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President for Third-Party Risk Advisory within its Corporate Third-Party Oversight Risk Management team. The successful candidate will be instrumental in enhancing third-party risk practices by providing clear advisory guidance, ensuring effective governance, and delivering actionable reporting. This role involves close collaboration with business and functional stakeholders to identify control gaps, drive timely supplier actions, and support sustained control effectiveness. The Vice President will also be responsible for leading discussions with various partners, delivering executive-ready updates, and shaping the advisory approach and supporting framework. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years' of experience in relevant areas such as audit, compliance, oversight & controls, third-party risk management, IT risk, or operational risk. The role requires a strong leader with a sense of ownership, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality. The ideal candidate will be well-organized, an independent self-starter, and have advanced proficiency in MS Office. Key responsibilities include serving as a risk advisor and subject matter expert, providing independent assessments of supplier and third-party risk, advising on supplier resiliency, and leading risk decisioning forums. The role also involves identifying and implementing process and control improvements to enhance transparency, efficiency, and risk reduction.
